Jamils is an empowered survivor and founder of GLOWA who is very committed to protecting present day children from experiencing a childhood as he did. He is a Jurist by education and a passionate defenders for children and
survivors of abuses

Estelle Nkenfack Ivoson

Brand Designer and Coordinator

Estelle is a Brand Designer by training with over 17 years of service for youth
empowerment within the corporate, public and nonprofit sectors in Cameroon.

Ajeande Gillian A. Epse Mouaffo

Gender Expert and Development Consultants

Gender Expert and Development Consultants with more than 15 years of
experience in community development, organizational strategy and planning.

Egemang Annastasia

Financial management and accountancy

Annastasia has a background in Financial management and accountancy. She is a teacher of accountancy with passion for women and youth financial participation and inclusion. She is a fervent promoter of STEM for the girl child especially within the Technical Education sector in Cameroon for over 10 years.

Bentine Abam is a Local Development and Finance Management Expert. He has 10+ year working in local financial management.

Deborah Anastasi Black

MBA Snohomish, Washington USA

Debbie is an accomplished professional and dynamic leader with a background
in communications strategy, planning and execution, creative storytelling, media
relations, project management and building collaborative partnerships. She is
also a trained and experienced birth doula.


Her career spans the public, private, and higher education sectors. For 19 years,
Debbie ran a successful media relations practice, earning client coverage in print,
broadcast, and online media. Later, as the Senior Advancement Writer for a
private university, she interviewed and built relationships with faculty, program
directors, students and alumni and crafted donor-facing impact stories to inspire
engagement with the university via print and online platforms. Communications
project management and contributions to endowment and annual reports as well
as proposal writing rounded out her area of focus.


Debbie connected with GLOWA while engaged in a global fellowship program
through the MovingWorlds Institute, headquartered in Seattle, Washington. The
opportunity to support GLOWA’s work in fighting human trafficking as a Board
Member aligns with her deep commitment to global service for social impact.

Odilia Annam Ndakwa

Odilia is a seasoned humanitarian worker who previously served with Humana
for Humana in South Africa and The Netherlands. She has passion for Children
and is the leading figure in the development of the baby safe space at
GLOWAHaus.

She-eh Joyceline Afoni-Awantang

She-eh Jocelyne Afoni- Awantang is a dynamic Educator in vocational, secondary and tertiary education. She holds a Master in Business Administration. She is a consultant in Social and Development Works with a passion in reaching out to humanity. She has over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit humanitarian sector and has held varied management positions.
